Arrive a few minutes early to get your mat and props set up. If you arrive late, please wait outside the studio door until we open it after centering.
Bring your mat, water, a smile, and an open heart and mind.
It’s best to practice yoga on an empty stomach. Try to eat at least two hours before your class.
Turn cell phones off. If you need to have your cell on and with you during class, please let me know and turn it on vibrate.
The studio is located in the lower level of my home.
Please remove shoes in the lower level where you sign in, and leave cell phones, bags, and other items in this area as well.
Park on the street–if there are a lot of cars in front of the house, park either at the top or bottom of the street. Please be respectful of neighbors’ vehicles and parking needs.
