Ease into your Sunday evening with a slow warming flow followed by restorative postures that will calm the nervous system and prepare you for relaxation and sleep.

ALIGN AND FLOW
Tuesdays 5:15pm NOTE NEW TIME!!
Saturdays 8:30am
75 minutes
This class includes sun salutations, standing and seated poses, twists, backbends, and inversions–all at the pace of your breath and with time for a short meditation after savasana. With a strong focus on alignment, new students get comfortable with the basics of vinyasa flow, while students with more experience deepen their practice with variations, deeper backbends, arm balances, and more advanced inversions.

MORNING LIGHT
Thursdays 6:30am NOTE NEW TIME!!

A practice to ease you into your day. Morning is considered a “divine time” to practice yoga–when creativity and clarity and spiritual energy are at their peak. Energize body, mind and spirit with a feel good flow that will help you seize the day!
