September/October Schedule

To reserve a spot in any class, click here to add your name to the dates you wish to come. New students must email me first to determine vaccination status.

All classes are vinyasa flow. Classes include sun salutations, standing and seated poses, twists, backbends, and inversions–all at a relaxed pace. New students get comfortable with the basics of vinyasa flow, while students with more experience deepen their practice with variations, deeper backbends, arm balances, and more advanced inversions.

COVID information: Classes are capped at 9 people. You must be vaccinated and share your vaccination card with me before coming to class. Masks are optional.
